Styles of Reading and Writing
Children read the pictures and comics in the newspapers, but once they go to school they read (also) the text. Later the reverse happens: students write their theses mostly in text, but after graduation they become professional designers of Powerpoint slides. No wonder Nokia main building is often called "PowerPoint Palace".
